This candle mat is reminiscent of the Victorian era being made with darker colours in an era type pattern of Dresden fans. Paisley is the predominant fabric with bright yellow decorative stitching along the fan blades.
This candle mat measures approximately 13½" x 10½"; machine pieced, and quilted. Made with 100% cotton for top, backing and batting.
Freemotion quilting was done in yellow using a pattern of flowers and meander stitching. Backing fabric is a hand-dyed pink on 100% cotton fabric.
This candle mat has been washed and made in a smoke free home.
